By accessing or using Opero ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Opero is a freelancer management platform operated by Opero.

2. Use of Service

Opero provides project management, AI-powered sprint planning, quotation generation, revenue tracking, and other freelancer management tools. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Pricing & Payments

Opero offers Free, Pro ($2/month), and Max ($10/month) plans. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Opero. We do not claim ownership of your projects, invoices, client information, or any business data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. AI Features

Opero's AI features (sprint planning, quotation generation, market research, Opero Assist) are provided as tools to assist your workflow. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Opero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@tryopero.com.
